With over five years of direct experience across the Group's mining and trading operations, Garv represents the second generation of Agravanshi leadership. But his involvement has never been ceremonial. From the outset, he has worked where the Group is growing most actively — across iron ore trading, commercial mining, sponge iron, and export — building the same ground-level fluency that NK built when he began in Barbil twenty-five years earlier.

Garv Agarwal's involvement is concentrated in the entities driving the Group's forward momentum — its mining ventures and its newer commercial operations. His association spans Aanandam Mines, Anandam Minerals, Kalki India, and Aanandam Mining, placing him at the centre of the Group's transition from iron ore trader to iron ore miner.
Across these entities, his work has included operational supervision, business coordination, and management support across trading, mining, and allied activities. This is the operational heart of the Group's growth strategy — and it is where the next generation of Agravanshi leadership is being forged, not in boardrooms alone, but in the practical execution of the business itself.

Garv's experience cuts across the full operational spectrum of the Group's core business. In iron ore trading and mining, he coordinates sourcing, procurement, logistics, and allied trading activities. In sponge iron, he manages similar operational coordination across the supply chain. In export, he is involved in international shipment coordination, export documentation, port logistics, regulatory compliance, and communication with overseas buyers. Beyond operations, his involvement extends to the financial dimension — review and coordination of investment-related documentation, market performance tracking, and support functions relating to financial planning and portfolio management. It is a breadth of exposure designed to build a complete operator: someone fluent in every dimension of the business he will one day help lead.
